Q: Where is your company based?
A: We are an international sportswear brand that based in Hong Kong!
Q: How long until I get my order?
A: For domestic shipping in Hong Kong, including time to process, pack and ship out orders, it can take between 3-5 business days.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes we do! For International shipping, depending on the country and area you live in, it could take between 10-21 business days for the package to arrive including the duration to process, pack and ship out orders.
Q: What shipping options do you offer for domestic shipping? (Hong Kong)
A: We use CXC Express or SF Express for work address & Yamato Logistics for home address. We recommend shipping your products to work address for the fastest delivery time.
Q What shipping options do you offer for international shipping? (Worldwide)
A: We are using SF Express & Hong Kong Post. Delivery time could take between 10-21 business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges incurred during purchase DO NOT include customs or duty fees and shipping/custom fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
IMPORTANT: Any customs fees, duties fee, and other applicable fees incurred on international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Custom fees vary from region to region. ZYPHR has no control over the customs chargers or exchange rates. Should the customer refuse the package, the order will be refunded minus any taxes and duties incurred and the shipping cost of the order being returned to ZYPHR.
Q: Can I change my order(s) after I made a purchase?
A: All orders cannot be changed once they are placed due to how fast we process orders and ship them out to you. If your order has not been sent out for any reasons, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we are more than happy to cancel your order so that you can re-order correctly again.
Q: I forgot to use my discount code, can I make an adjustment to my order?
A: Once an order is placed, we are unable to make an adjustment to your order as the system would not allow us to do so. If your order has not been sent out, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can cancel your order and you can re-order again using your discount code.
Q: How many sizes do you offer?
A: At the moment we are only offering small, medium and large. However, we are definitely going to expand our size choices very soon!
Q: Why are your designs categorised as fitness, fashion and function?
A: The 3F's represent everything we do at ZYPHR. As we want our garments to be more personalised with our customers, if you are someone who wants a more performance-driven piece, you can choose our fitness t-shirt to provide you a tighter fit. If you are looking for something that you can wear casually or going out at night, the fashion t-shirt would be perfect for your selection. The function tank top can be used for both training and causal wear purposes.
Q: Are these the only colours you offer at the moment?
A: Unfortunately we are only starting out so our colour choices are quite limited. However, we will continue to introduce new styles and new colour choices to you in the coming months!
Q: What inspired you to launch ZYPHR in Hong Kong?
A: We always felt that other sportswear brand are too generic in styles. Either you are wearing something overly performance based such as the tight-skins that's not suitable for casual wear or something overly fashionable that aren't comfortable for the gym or outdoor activities. At ZYPHR, we wanted to create something in between that basically combining the fitness, fashion and function aspect of things to perform and feeling your best inside and outside the gym.
