RETURN & EXCHANGES

The user is responsible for the cost of the returned goods. We suggest you return your product using your local shipping service on a standard shipping method, although we suggest you obtain a proof of postage and keep your paperwork until we have acknowledged receipt of your package. Below are requirements of our return and exchanges policy:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your goods. This includes return transit time to our warehouse. Items must be unworn and unwashed, and have all original tags attached. We cannot accept items that have distinct smell or signs of wear and tear. Our team will assess all returns based on this criteria and if your item fails this assessment it will be returned to you.
  • If you consider your items to be faulty please first contact us at cs@zyphrapparel.com and give a brief description of the issue. Please also provide an image of the fault so that we can assess the issue on our side. Before you send us any faulty goods back, please allow us to evaluate the situation first and we will deal with it on a case by case basis.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different size please inform us via email so that we can be sure the correct size is being sent to you if the item passes the assessment.
  • Faulty item claims must be made within the 30 day period. Anything beyond the 30 days will be considered normal wear and tear of use, and can be subject to denial. 
  • The returns package remains your responsibility until the products are received and sent back into our warehouse.
  • Once your package is being received and processed from our warehouse, we will inform you via email on the next step.
  • All exchanges are sent out on a standard service including domestic and international shipments.
  • All exchanges can only be made up to the original value of the goods purchased.
  • Your shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept returns/exchanges for sale/clearance items.
  • Returns can take 1-3 days to process.
  • The same assessment policy is applied to refunds
  • All refunds are to be made to the same account that you paid for your order.
  • Refund can take 5-10 business days to process.

ZYPHR reserves the right to return the items or refund the payment to you based on any of the terms outlined in our policy, items will be returned to you in the same condition they are received in. 

We will try our best to serve you and replace any stock with like for like product. However, there may be a time when your preferred product may not be in stock. In this instance ZYPHR reserves the right to issue a refund to the value of the original product value. The product must also pass all other returns criteria.
